The Summer "Work and Travel" program in the United States provides paid working holiday opportunities for you to work during your summer vacation as well as travel and experience daily life in the U.S. We intend that your work & travel (working holiday) opportunities in the U.S. will contribute to your lifelong personal and professional growth.
You will also learn about U.S.A. culture and specifically the values in American business practices. The friendships formed will not only last a lifetime but also assist you in your career development upon returning home.
The jobs that will be available are almost always unskilled, unqualified and include the following possibilities: amusement park attendant; banquet server; busser; clerical; cook; dishwasher; fast food server; front desk clerk; game/ride attendant; host/hostess; housekeeper; laundry; lifeguard; park services; parking attendant; porter; recreation instructor; sales; security guard; tour guide; waiter/waitress.

When may students participate in a Summer Work/Travel program?
Full-time college or university students in their home countries may participate in the Summer Work/Travel program only during their summer vacation. It is inappropriate for students to participate in this program during time periods other than their summer vacations. You must be at least 18 years old to participate to this program.
How long does the Summer Work & Travel Program last?
The Summer Work/Travel program can last 1 to 4 months. Extensions are not permitted.

* All Inclusive: The “All Inclusive” Program is designed for students who do not have the resources and the time to search for a Job by themselves. ITN will find a job for you and will obtain a written job offer in the shortest time possible. The “All inclusive” Program is the best way to find a job in the United States. The mission of International Trainee Network is to locate companies, which have openings and are interested in hosting an international student or a young professional. The All Inclusive Program also includes Individual coaching, advices and follow-up throughout the interview process, The fulfillment of the required documents for a J-1 Visa, Relocation assistance after arrival in the United States
* Self-Placed: The Self-Placed Program was developed for applicants who have already found a company and have a job offer in hand. ITN will handle your J-1 Visa request and provide you the DS-2019 form within 2 weeks, ITN will also help you obtaining an Health Insurance coverage.
